When a file is uploaded to the FTP server, it will trigger a function which checks whether that file contains a weather warning. This trigger is responsible for all warnings (Tropical Cyclone, Tsunami, Severe Weather, Marine, High Seas) except volcano warnings. Volcano warning notifications are triggered by updating a volcano in the cms. That is, when the alert level is greater than or equal to 3 and the Issued On date is changed.
